Studio Policies
2024/2025

Consistent attendance is important. Students with inconsistent attendance slow not only their own progress but the progress of the entire class.
Arriving on time is crucial. Arriving late is disruptive to the class. Please make sure dancers arrive 5 minutes before the class start time to prepare for class so the class can start as a group.
In order to provide a safe, respectful environment for ALL dancers we are asking parents, dancers, siblings to wait calmly and quietly. No screaming, yelling or loud voices. Quiet, calm behaviour is expected at all times. The studio is a place of business - no foul language or obnoxious behaviour. Destructive and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Please respect the dance studio and its property.
There is NO EATING or DRINKING permitted in the studio dance space. Water only in the dance space.
Clean dance shoes only in the dance studio. Please do not use outdoor shoes for taking class.
Costumes Policy: Costumes require an additional $65 per class. This allows us to order your costume for year end performance. Any balances over the initial deposit amount will be payable when the costume arrives.
Withdrawals will be accepted up to November 1, 2024 with one month advanced (1st of month) written notice. No refunds or payment plan cancellations will be issued after this time.
All student placements are subject to teacher evaluation. Class ages and levels are dependent upon maturity and experience. Instructors have ultimate discretion on placement of students. The decision is based on what benefits the student’s progression and the class as a whole.

Dress Code
2024/2025
All Classes
Long HAIR MUST BE UP out of the face in ponytail or bun. Headband or clips for bangs or layered hair.
No costume jewelry. No necklaces, bracelets, watches or dangling earrings.
No jeans, dresses or street clothes.
Inclusivity for all classes - the studio welcomes all shades of tights and nudesuits that best match skin tone or student’s preference.
NO outdoor shoes permitted in the studio. All hip hop dancers must have indoor only shoes.

All Uniforms can be purchased through the studio. Email or call. Sizes available to try on at the studio.
For ALL RAD ballet classes, Hair must be in a bun & correct ballet uniform must be worn. *Please refer to photos*
